Chief Technology Officer

John A. Marshall is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Gemini II Technologies, LLC which launched in April 2014. He is mainly responsible for leverage partnerships between Gemini II Technologies and clients across the federal, department of defense, academia, and industry arenas. 


​Mr. Marshall has served as the Deputy Director for the National System for Geospatial Intelligence Program Management Office at the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Joint Staff Intelligence Directorate, Chairmen, Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon and U.S Joint Forces Command J2 Intelligence Directorate CTO. He represented the commands on several intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance task force groups in support of the Secretary of Defense and the under Secretary of Defense for intelligence.


Mr. Marshall's hobbies include golfing, skiing, and extreme sports.

Operations Manager

Bob Alexander is the Operations Manager, where he manages the planning, development, and execution of the executive team’s marketing and client engagement initiatives on military technology products for the defense and intelligence communities.


Mr. Alexander is a 1968 graduate of US Military Academy at West Point, NY, and has an MS in Industrial Engineering and in Operations Research from Georgia Tech. He was an Operations Manager and Program Manager for Electronic Warfare Associates, Inc. for 18 years before being a Principal Analyst at J-9 for US Joint Forces Command. He is President of the West Point Society of Hampton Roads and serves on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the International Test & Evaluation Association. 


Bob is an avid golfer and serves on committees to organize charity golf events. 

Senior Business

Development Manager

 Xiao Di J. Tong, PhD is the Senior Business Development Manager, where she helps manage the planning, development, and execution of the executive team’s marketing and client engagement initiatives on military technology products for the defense and intelligence communities.

Xiao Di has over seven years of work experience in project management, operations research, and data analysis. The past year she supported a $1 billion dollar mergers and acquisitions project and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Global Supply Chain Management at the Indiana University Bloomington. She is also a US Army veteran.
